Things are just starting to look like fall around here....
So, we are beginning to celebrate that in daycare this week!
Yesterday we made this fun hand-print fall trees! The kids really got a kick out of seeing their arms and hands turned into tree trunks & branches!
So proud of their work...
Today we got some exercise for those little fingers by tearing fall-colored tissue paper into little pieces, then creating a collage with it.
little fingers, hard at work...
the serious, hard-care paper tearers...
Look! Falling leaves...
All this paper tearing has worn me out...
Gorgeous collage! Good job, buddy!
We've got a short week this week, so we're just enjoying the change of seasons, having fun with some art and doing review of the letters we've learned so far - next week - back to the alphabet and the letter I. I'm thinking maybe with ice cream?
