And we're having fun with all sorts of western activities, but for now, I just want to share my fondest memory of last year's Cowboy Week....
We were doing some coloring at art time and the kids were deep in conversation -
3 yo girl - "Cowboys ride horses"
4 yo girl - "Sometimes cowboys ride cows"
4 yo boy - "Yeah, somcetimes cowboys ride horses and sometimes they ride cows, but sometimes they ride cowgirls."
And then Dawn left the room - in tears and clutching her hand tightly over her mouth so they couldn't hear her laughing....
Can't wait to hear what they think this year!

Ok, that is hilarious! I almost spit my water out! Kids are so great.
I remember that! That was the first thing I thought about when I seen the theme!
