Diggin' for Treasure!

This morning we went diggin' for pirate treasure - kind of! Our treasure hunt was on a much smaller scale, but was great-big fun!

We filled a box with "shells" and "rocks" and buried amidst the rubble were many sparkling "gems".



Everyone got a turn digging as many jewels out of the box as they could in a set amount of time.













These are some happy, much richer pirates now!



Everyone had fun with this - even Spencer couldn't resist getting into the act!



Later this week - a hunt using clues to find an Awesome Treasure!!
