Christmas Eve Eve

Nana's Christmas Tree

Nana and Mandy, Papa and Phoebe

We have, for years and years, spent Christmas Eve at my mom's house and enjoyed that time with family. This year, thanks to the forecast of a blizzard, it didn't look like it was gonna happen... Sooo, we just pushed Christmas Eve up a day! On Wednesday, the 23rd, after work, we quickly loaded up the kids, our gifts, some goodies and headed down to Eskridge for our Christmas with my parents - just a little early. I was so thankful to be able to go without having to worry about being safe on the road!

We spent our evening visiting, eating delicious food, watching the kids play, laughing and just having a great time. I love spending time with my parents. The kids opened the gifts they got from Nana and Papa - they loved it all!

We got home around midnight - it was a late night for everyone, but one of the best Christmasses with my parents I remember - it was definitely a great time!
