The "Big Kids"

I have several groups of big kids - there's the 4 year olds, they're the big kids in my little kid group...



There's Miss Chloe who is in a group of her own as the only 6 year old (or 5, 6, 7, 8, or year old).



There's Miss Tyler the only teenager who is more of a helper now than anything.



Then there's these 2 - the 10 year olds... Spencer, of course, I have every day as he's mine and I've got to claim him, but for a couple days this week, Miss A is joining us as her daycare is shut down to get the school ready for the droves that will be back there starting Thursday! (spontaneous clapping, cheering and jumping up and down... sorry...)



Miss A has been around off and on for years and is just a joy. She's a smart, funny, sweet, well-behaved kid. And the best part is - she's fun to mess with - just like Spencer! She does not like to have her picture taken!



She's way too cool for anyone to see she might still play and have fun like a kid. She wouldn't want anyone to see her playing with a.. a... a... BOY! Eeeewwww!!!





No, seriously - A and Spencer had a great time "hanging out" together today and playing with the littler kids, too.









We spent a lot of time outside this morning and right now I'm enjoying the blissful near-silence as they play video games together.
